HORIZONTAL HOT OIL BOILER

1.00 – HOT OIL BOILER DESCRIPTION

– Hot oil boiler is designed to burn gas fuel. Operating pressure is 5 bar, test pressure is 8 bar.
Hot oil boiler BsKY type and models are listed as follows.

BsKY 100, BsKY 200, BsKY 400, BsKY 600, BsKY 1000, BsKY 1250, BsKY 1500, BsKY 2000

1.01- PIPE COIL:

– The special pipe oil with horizontal position is made of St 35-8 quality 3,6 / 5 mm thick steel drawn pipe in accordance with TS EN 10216-2.

1.02- PIPE COIL BEND:

– In accordance with TS EN 13445-4 norms, it is bent with special molds so that the diameter does not exceed 10% and there is no need for heat treatment.

1.03- COMBUSTION CELL:

– Radiation type is designed according to burner flame length and flame diameter.

– Coil are intertwined, twisted in the form of screws, made of pipe inspection. Thus, three passes were made to hot gases.

– Gases continue from the combustion chamber and pass between the 1st coil and the 2nd coil, return through the cover, 2nd coil and the envelope and go to the chimney. Thus, three passes were made to the gases, their paths were extended and all their energy was taken.

– The cover and counter wall of the combustion chamber are covered with a special refractory material resistant to 1350 ° C. Although the combustion stopped, the temperature of the cell was not lowered, and the soot burning of the generator in the first firings was prevented since the re-jetting fuel quickly reached the ignition temperature in an environment of approximately 900 ° C. Thus, clogging of gas paths with soot was prevented and high combustion efficiency was achieved.

RESULT: Steam is ready to be used within 3 minutes from the moment you press the first button.

1.04- SAFETY AND CONTROL DEVICES IN THE HOT OIL BOILER:

1.05- 1. PRESSURE STAT:

– Controls the oil pressure in the oil boiler. If the oil pressure is high, it stops the burner.

1.06- 2. PRESSURE STAT:

– Controls the oil pressure in the oil boiler. It stops the burner if the oil pressure is low.

1.08- BOILER THERMOSTAT:

-Single contact digital thermostat adjusts to operating temperature and makes the burner stop-and-go. Thus, it stops the burner when it reaches the desired temperature. It turns it on again when the temperature drops.

1.08- FLUE GAS THERMOSTAT:

– Single contact digital thermostat is set at 250 ° C. If the boiler temperature thermostat is defective, burning continues, when the flue gas temperature rises above the set value, it opens the circuit and stops the burner.

2.00- HOT OIL BOILER INSTALLATION:

– The hot oil boiler should be installed in the closest place where the energy it gives is used.

– Sufficient gaps should be left around it for easy operation and maintenance.

– It should be such that it is possible to remove the pipe coil in the distance between the top of the boiler and the ceiling. If this distance is not sufficient, a hole must be left in the ceiling sufficient to remove the pipe coil. (Putting on a cover etc.)

– Natural ventilation should be provided with grilles placed at the ceiling or floor level so that the temperature in the place where the hot oil boiler is located does not exceed 30-35 ° C.

– In order not to increase the temperature of the place where the hot oil boiler is located, the boiler chimney outlet, degasser and expansion tank, installation pipes should be isolated.

– It is not recommended to take air (aspiration ventilation) from the place where the hot oil boiler is located in the forced ventilation system. The negative pressure created in this way reduces the combustion efficiency of the boiler.

– Avoid 90 ° bends and “T” shaped connections in the smoke duct as much as possible. When it is necessary to make an angle, it should not be less than 135 °.

Horizontal smoke duct length should not exceed 1/3 of the chimney height.

– If the smoke channel is long, it should be isolated. The chimney cap should be designed in such a way that it does not prevent the escape of burnt gases.

2.02- ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS:

– The main fuse group and breaker switch should be placed in the electrical panel where energy is taken.

– 3 phase, 1 neutral 380 volt energy must be connected with a cable with sufficient cross-section until the control and control panel input.

– The boiler is connected to the grounding plate with a cable of sufficient cross-section.

2.03- VOLTAGE AND FREQUENCY:

– Check your voltage and frequency with the voltage and frequency on the boiler label. Measure the voltage and frequency in the circuit, it should not be less or more than 10% of the nominal value.
