Vertical Steam Generator

1.00- DEFINITION OF STEAM GENERATOR:
– Steam Generator is designed to burn gas fuel. Operating pressure is produced as 8 bar test pressure 15 bar.
Steam generator type BsD Ve models are listed as follows.
BsD 150, BsD 250, BsD 500, BsD 750, BsD 1000, BsD 1250, BsD 1500, BsD 2000BsD 2500, BsD 35001.01-

PIPE COIL:
– Horizontally positioned special coil is made of St 35-8 quality 3,6 / 5 mm thick steel drawn pipe in accordance with TS EN 10216-2.

1.02- PIPE COIL BEND:
– In accordance with TS EN 13445-4 norms, it is bent with special molds so that the diameter ovality does not exceed 10% and there is no need for heat treatment.

1.03- COMBUSTION CELL:
– Radiation type burner is designed with counter pressure according to flame length and flame diameter. By turning the flame back in the same cell, the non-flammable particles are compared with the secondary air, thus ensuring their combustion, thus increasing the burning efficiency and adapting to high technology.
-As the water that will evaporate in the inner coil goes down while the burnt gases rise up, reverse flow has been created and the heat transfer through the unit surface has reached an average of 34,000 Kcal / m².
– Pipe coils are made of intertwined screw-like curved tube control. Thus, hot gases pass from the inner face of the inner coil towards the base and come back from the same ort h.
– It passes between 1 coil and 2 coil, returns from the base, passes between 2 coils and envelopes and goes to the chimney. Thus, four passes were made to the gases and all their energies were taken, whose paths were extended.
– The ceiling and base of the combustion chamber are covered with a special reflector material resistant to 1350 ° C. Although the combustion has stopped, the temperature of the cell has not been reduced, since the re-jetting fuel quickly reaches the ignition temperature in an environment of approximately 900 ° C, soot burning of the generator in the first firings is prevented. Thus, clogging of the gas paths with soot was prevented and high combustion efficiency was achieved.

RESULT: Steam is ready to use within 3 minutes from the moment you press the first button

1.04- SAFETY AND CONTROL DEVICES IN STEAM GENERATOR:
1.05- 1. PRESSURE STAT:
– Controls 1 nozzle in single stage burners. When the steam pressure reaches the desired value, it stops the burner.
1.06- 2. PRESSURE STAT (SAFETY):
– The 1st pressure stat is adjusted to 0.5 Atu .
If the 1st pressure stat is defective, the pressure continues to be loaded. The second probe opens the circuit and stops the burner.

1.07- 3. PROCESTAT:
– In the double stage burner, it burns out 2 stages.
1.08- STEAM THERMOSTAT:
-Single contact digital thermostat is adjusted to 20 ° C above the saturated steam temperature at operating pressure (195 ° C for 8 bar). If 1 pressure stat and 2 pressure stat fails, since the burning continues, when the steam temperature rises above the set value, it opens the circuit and stops the burner.

1.08- FLUE GAS THERMOSTAT:
– Single contact digital thermostat is set at 250 ° C. If the thermostat is defective, the burning continues, it opens the circuit when the flue gas temperature rises above the set value and stops the burner.
1.09- SAFETY VALVE:
– 10 Atu has been adjusted , selected in a diameter that can expel the produced steam .
–If the 1st pressure stat, 2nd pressure stat, steam thermostat, flue gas thermostat are defective, it opens if the steam pressure rises above the set value and if the steam pressure rises above the set value, it opens and discharges the steam.

2.00- STEAM GENERATOR INSTALLATION:
– Steam generator should be installed in the closest place where the steam it gives off will be used.
– The water flowing from the steam generator drain from the feed water pump or armatures should be given to the sewer with the help of a floor filter without dispersing.
– Sufficient gaps should be left around it for easy operation and maintenance.
– It should be such that it is possible to remove the coil in the distance between the top of the boiler and the ceiling. If this distance is not sufficient, a hole must be left in the ceiling sufficient to remove the serpantine. (Putting on a cover etc.)
– Natural ventilation should be provided with grilles placed at the ceiling or floor level so that the temperature in the place where the steam generator is located does not exceed 30-35 ° C.
-In order not to increase the temperature of the place where the Steam Generator is located, the generator chimney outlet, condensate tank, steam and hot water pipes should be isolated.
– Taking air from the steam generator in the forced ventilation system (aspiration ventilation) is not recommended. The negative pressure created in this way reduces the combustion efficiency of the generator.
• The type of gas used in the steam generator should be Natural gas, LNG and LPG.
• The gas pressure used in the steam generator should be 100 mbar.
• Flue gas analysis measurement values in the steam generator should be below CO: 93 ppm and Nox: 115 ppm.

2.01- STEAM GENERATOR AND CHIMNEY DIAMETERS:

– Avoid 90 ° bends and “T” shaped connections in the smoke duct as much as possible. When it is necessary to make an angle, it should not be less than 135 °. Horizontal smoke duct length should not exceed 1/3 of the chimney height.
– If the smoke channel is long, it should be isolated. The chimney cap should be designed in such a way that it does not prevent the escape of burnt gases.

2.02- ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS:
– The main fuse group and breaker switch should be placed in the electrical panel where energy is taken.
– 3 phase, 1 neutral 380 volt energy must be connected with a cable with sufficient cross-section until the control and control panel input.
– The generator is connected to the grounding plate with a cable of sufficient cross-section.
2.03- VOLTAGE AND FREQUENCY:
– Check your voltage and frequency with the voltage and frequency on the boiler label. Measure the voltage and frequency in the circuit, it should not be less or more than 10% of the nominal value.

– Condensate tank water supply should be made with a copper float float.

2.06- WATER SOFTENER:
– Automatically , it should do backwashing, regeneration and washing .
– The inlet of raw water should be 20-30 mSS pressure , the inlet of raw water should not exceed the hardness of 35 fr.
– Soft water output should not exceed 0.2 fr hardness .
-Hot water should not return to the water softener. For this, a check valve must be placed at the condensate tank entrance.

2.07- DOSING PUMP:
-In order to prevent the formation of limestone , a sufficient amount of CEFOPOL should be dosed in the fattening water pump suction ( approximately 1 ton 150 grams of CEFOPOL depending on the amount of soft water added ) .
